1) Conference Registration

Conference registration fee includes:

• Conference participation.
• Program booklet.
• Downloadable abstract booklet (pdf).
• Conference bag.

Meals are not covered by the conference registration fee.

Registration procedure:

1. Sign up for the ONLINE CONF from the registration button above or the URL below.

2. Please proceed with the registration and payment from your My Page. 

Separate registration is required for the Banquet and the Excursion.

* ‘Retired’ will be applied to those who satisfy all the following conditions.

1. Sixty-five years of age or older.
2. Involved in scientific research and/or developments at public research institutes, universities, or companies.
3. Currently not working as a full-time worker.
4. To confirm age, the NDNC2025 secretariat may request official documents such as an ID, a passport, or other forms of identification.

Method of Payment

• Credit Card (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB).
• Bank Transfer.

For those who are resident outside Japan, we strongly recommend payment by credit card. If you wish to make a bank transfer from overseas, please contact us at ndnc2025@pco-prime.com. Please note that all remittance charges should be covered at your end.

2) Banquet & Excursions

Separate registration is required for the Banquet and the Excursion.
Once you have completed your Conference Registration, you may register for the Banquet and the Excursion from the URL below.

Style: Formal seated dinner

Excursion

Departure time: 11:30　
Date: Wednesday, 14 May 2025

We provide a bus tour starting from the conference venue (B-con Plaza) to the sightseeing spots and returning to Beppu station. Two courses are available, Course 1: Beppu Jigoku Meguri and Course 2: Usa Shrine.
The fee includes the bus trip, entrance fees, and a lunch box.

Course 1：Beppu Jigoku Meguri

Beppu “Jigoku Meguri (The Hell Tour)” offers views of various geothermal phenomena such as colorful hot spring ponds, boiling geysers and steaming mud gushing out from the ground. On this tour, you will truly feel the energy of earth.

Course 2: Usa Shrine

Usa shrine is the head shrine of all Hachiman Shrines in Japan.
This shrine is absolutely domestic one and there is no English language support for oversea customers during the visit.
