At the NDNC 2025 International Conference, companies or organizations that are not pre-registered as sponsors are strictly prohibited from promoting or displaying products or services at the conference venue.
Non-sponsors found engaging in such activities will be required to promptly register as a sponsor and pay the applicable fees.
Additionally, such companies or organizations will not be entitled to the benefits granted to pre-registered sponsors, such as the publication of logos on the event website, program, and other promotional materials.
